This blog is dedicated to the artwork and teaching of Cindy Eide.

Cindy Eide is an artist and art educator based in Richmond, Virginia. She received her BFA in Painting and Printmaking from VCU in 2007, and is currently working toward a Master’s degree in Art Education at VCU. She believes that art teaches us new ways of thinking and knowing, and all people are capable of being creative. As an artist and art educator, Cindy draws inspiration from basic human commonalities and experiences, social interaction, and the natural world. When she’s not teaching and creating, Cindy enjoys hiking and splashing around in the James River.
